
Head of Sales WOOD WOOD

Wood Wood is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our global sales organisation. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across wholesale, key accounts, and strategic partners while strengthening the brand’s position internationally.
Reporting directly to the Brand Director, you will play a central role in shaping Wood Wood’s commercial direction and ensuring strong, consistent execution across all markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and execute the global sales strategy in line with Wood Wood’s brand and business
objectivesManage, develop, and motivate the international sales team
Drive wholesale growth and manage relationships with key accounts and distributors
Identify new market opportunities and optimise existing sales channels
Collaborate with design, marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure commcercial
alignmentRepresent Wood Wood at international trade shows and key industry events
Negotiate commercial terms and secure sustainable, profitable growth
YOUR PROFILE
Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within fashion, lifestyle, or premium
consumer goodsDeep understading of global wholesale markets and key accounts
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong execution capabilities
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Data-driven, structured, and commercially sharp
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

In the position as Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing the global sales organisation at Wood Wood. You are commercial driven and strategic, with a strong passion for brand building and business growth. You focus will be on driving sales performance across all markets, managing key accounts and distributors, and identifying new opportunities for international expansion.
You will lead and support the sales team, ensuring commcercial direction and alignment across departments. The role also includes close collaboration with design, marketing, and merchandising to secure a unified brand and business approach. You will represent Wood Wood at trade fairs and industry events and play a key role in shaping the brand’s commercial future.
The position is based in Denmark at the Wood Wood HQ in Copenhagen, or another relevant location. Flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.
