Shop Manager Matinique

Located in Rødovre, Denmark

Are you service-minded, flexible, and motivated by sales and shop operations? Then you might be our new Shop Manager for Matinique at Salling Rødovre.

THE ROLE

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Matinique shop at Salling Rødovre

  • Take responsibility for achieving the agreed sales targets

  • Participate in buying for the shop

  • Work closely with the Matinique Shop Managers at Salling Aarhus and Aalborg

  • Ensure strong and dynamic collaboration with the Salling team in Rødovre

  • Collaborate with Matinique HQ and the Danish Sales Team

It is important that you are service-minded, flexible and highly motivated by sales and shop operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous retail sales experience

  • Experience within the fashion industry is an advantage

  • A strong interest in fashion

  • An outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people

  • Strong communication skills

  • A structured approach and a strong drive to achieve sales results

  • The ability to learn quickly and a strong work ethic
