Guided by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, we seek to integrate our commitment to embedding respect for human rights throughout our value chain. We continuously evaluate our operations, procedures and value chain to prioritize key areas, where we have the biggest impact and hence focus our activities, i.e. suppliers, logistic partner, customers and own employees.

This policy applies to all suppliers and business partners of DK Company A/S.
DK Company A/S is committed to responsible sourcing, and we work closely with our suppliers and business partners to ensure the workers in our global supply chain are treated with respect and in accordance with international human rights and labour rights standards.
Our commitment is manifested through our membership of Amfori BSCI (Business of Social Compliance Initiative), which implies that our suppliers and business partners have committed to the Amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and participate in our audit- and training programs.
We work in close collaboration with our suppliers and business partners to drive development and respect for human rights.
To complement the Amfori BSCI program our local DK Company Audit & Compliance Teams are monitoring and visiting the factories in our supply chain to implement plans, make improvements where necessary, and focus on building the capacity of our suppliers and business partners to comply with our standards and policies.
Requirements and our responsible sourcing program are documented in the DK Company A/S Supplier Manual, which apply for all our suppliers and business partners.

The health and safety of our customers are very important to DK Company A/S. Therefore, it is important that all products manufactured for DK Company A/S must be handled in an ethical and respectful manner. Through our chemical management program, we test for any chemical that may be harmful to the health and safety of our customers.
